It is the intent of this practice to be in compliance with the Privacy Standards for Private Health Information (PHI) covered under Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).  HIPPA and notice of Privacy Practices will be given to you prior to our meeting and will be discussed during our first session.

All conversations are treated in the most confidential manner. Confidentiality and informed consent will be provided to you prior to our meeting and will be discussed during our first session.
